STEM, Clinical & Hands-On Learning

Where theory meets reality. Our students don't just read about science — they live it inside a real converted clinic room, expert-led labs, and elite PLTW curricula.

Our Facilities

Three Signature
Lab Experiences

Each environment is purpose-built to connect academic concepts with the real-world skills students will use in college and career.

Biomedical

The Bio-Med Clinic Room

Step into our converted patient clinic room — a fully functional medical simulation space where students master the same tools used in real healthcare settings.

Computer Science

Project Lead The Way

Elite PLTW curricula taught by a visiting UCF Biotechnologist, covering three high-demand disciplines that form the foundation of tomorrow's careers.

Applied Science

Thursday Applied Labs

Every Thursday, theory transforms into practice. Students engage with professional-grade equipment across biology, chemistry, and engineering disciplines.

PLTW Curriculum

Three Elite Learning Tracks

Project Lead The Way delivers industry-designed STEM programs taught by expert faculty from the University of Central Florida.

Biomedical Science

Explore the human body, disease, genetics, and medical innovation. Students work with real lab techniques used in healthcare and biotech industries.

⭐ UCF Biotechnologist

Computer Science

From algorithms and data structures to real-world software projects. Prepares students for AP CS exams and future tech careers.

⭐ College Credit Eligible

Engineering Design

Problem-solving through the engineering design process. Students build, prototype, and test real solutions to real-world challenges.

⭐ Hands-On Projects

Weekly Lab Day

Thursday Applied Labs

Every Thursday is lab day — a dedicated block where students ditch the textbook and put on the lab coat. Our applied labs are equipped with the same instruments used in professional scientific and engineering settings.

Microscopy

Examine cells, microbes, and specimens under professional compound microscopes.

Electrophoresis

Separate DNA fragments — a technique used in forensics and genetics research.

Applied Engineering

Wire circuits, operate motors, and use power tools in a supervised setting.

Dissections

Hands-on anatomy exploration with real biological specimens and proper lab protocols.

Expert Faculty

Taught by a Real UCF Biotechnologist

Our PLTW programs aren't just guided by curriculum documents — they're actively taught by a visiting faculty member from the University of Central Florida, bringing university-level expertise directly into our classrooms.
